72 Hours in Belgium

It’s feels weird that I’m finally sitting at my desk and blogging again. From the last time I posted until today, I’ve been the busiest I’ve ever been. I’ve started multiple new jobs and had so many things to do that I was totally overwhelmed by it all. I missed countless of events, both blogger events and friends/family, to try and catch up with everything. I’m still running around like crazy but I’m learning to prioritise better which has become necessary.

Recent Discoveries From Payot

You know me, I love trying out new beauty bits, but my weakness is definitely skincare. Testing out skincare products has become a recent hobby of mine that I don’t think I’ll get bored of anytime soon. Payot has become one of my top skincare brands. I loved the My Payot Jour Gelée so much that I’m, legit, still using it till this very day and my face still feels fresh every time I put it on. I had absolutely no doubt that I was going to love these four new products.

How I Get Back On Track With A Healthy Lifestyle When I Slip

I consider making the switch from dieting to leading a healthy lifestyle as one of the wisest decisions of my life. With dieting, I always felt discouraged when I fell of the wagon for a few days. I always felt that I had to give up because I spent the weekend pigging out. The difference when following a healthy lifestyle is that I don’t feel guilty anymore if I let myself indulge on an extra portion of fries. I know I will soon get back on track. It took me a long time to imprint this in my brain but I realised that the body will not change just because you ate a little too much during the weekend. You might bloat, you might feel heavier than ever, but the body will quickly return to its natural state after a few days of getting back on track.
